A Journey in Hand-Quilting

I first began hand-quilting about 40 years ago.  I  stitched the patchwork pieces together by machine, but I always did the quilting by hand.  It does take much longer, but it is so rewarding.  I didn’t begin to quilt by machine until 10-12 years ago.

Have you ever tried your hand at hand-quilting? Many of you will agree with me that needlework done by hand can be very  relaxing and rewarding.  It doesn’t  matter if it’s knitting, crocheting, embroidering, sewing by hand or quilting by hand.
