What Happened When Grandma Took a Shortcut

“What Happened When Grandma Took a Shortcut” is based on one of the stories in the “Grandma’s Corner” series.ย  This was a column that appeared in a quilting magazine back in the 60’s and 70’s.ย  The columnist wrote about her childhood memoriesย  of living with her grandmother in the early 20th century.

Furthermore, the elderly woman was a quilter, and these stories were always related in some way to quilts.ย  In this particular story, Grandma has a close encounter with a bull.ย
