The history of quilting has been traced back to as long ago as 5000 B.C. In fact, research shows that the ancient Chinese, Egyptians and Greeks practiced this art. In other words, quilting is a very ancient craft. Debbie Locke gives an outstanding account, along with many photos, of the history of quilting from its very beginnings right up through the present day. Undoubtedly after watching this video, you will agree that quilting has a very interesting history indeed.
