How to Regularly Clean Your Sewing Machine

It is very important to regularly clean your sewing machine.  You probably invested a good amount of money when you purchased your machine. Therefore, you want to protect that investment. 

Last month one of my posts referred to several great tips on how to keep your sewing machine happy.  In particular, these were tips on what to do or not to do when using your sewing machine.  However, this post will get down to the nitty-gritty of cleaning your machine. 

I quilt quite a lot, and I know the importance of keeping a clean machine.  Regardless, even I can be a bit lazy at times.  Thankfully, I found this video by Ashley Hough at National Quilters Circle to be a great refresher and reminder.  I think you will, too.
