QuiltCon 2025

QuiltCon is the largest modern quilting event in the world.  The Modern Quilt Guild hosts this huge international event every year.  This year’s event took place in Phoenix, Arizona, from 20-23 February. 

Truly international, attendees came from all over the globe to visit and participate in this event.  For example, there were competitions, lectures, workshops, and special exhibits.  In addition, vendors sold everything imaginary and more to do with the world of quilting.  In other words, a true quilter’s paradise! 

Most importantly, were the exhibits and the competition results.  The beautiful quilts on show sparked much “oohing” and “aahing” from the crowds.

Without doubt, “Dignity” (pictured above) truly deserved the accolades and prize for “Best in Show”.
