Returns & Cancellations
Here you will find everything you need to know about Red Bridge Quilts’ policy on Returns & Cancellations.Â
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must first contact Red Bridge Quilts about your intention to do so. The item you wish to return or exchange must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to handle your return:
You must first register your return by contacting Red Bridge Quilts. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Julie Hackett, Waterfall Lodge, Oughterard H91 PD95, Republic of Ireland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of placing your order.
How to handle your exchange:
Register you intention to exchange your item with Red Bridge Quilts and state which item you would like instead of the one originally purchased. If available, and you have fulfilled all other requirements and conditions, the new item will be shipped to you once any necessary additional payment is made (that is, if the new item is of greater value). If exchanging an item for one of lesser value, a partial refund will be made.Â
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may very, depending on where you live.Â
Items bought on sale may not be returned or exchanged.Â
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at julie@redbridgequilts.com.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Red Bridge Quilts as soon as possible by calling the number listed in the contact information or by sending an email to julie@redbridgequilts.com.  If your request is received before the order has been dispatched, RBQ will honour your request. You can also cancel your order through the “Track Order” link at the bottom of any page. You will be given an option to cancel your order as long as it is still within the 30-minute remorse period.Â
In order to maintain a quick turnaround and fast delivery times, your order will be processed as soon as it has entered the system. Therefore, Red Bridge Quilts cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled.Â
